Return and Refund Policy

Service Refunds:

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will be charged the full service fee and are not eligible for a refund.

Service Issues: If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss a resolution or possible refund.
